The collection industry continues to expand into nearly every consumer, retail, professional and government category. With these varied memberships, our hope is to bring all areas of expertise together to stay on the competitive edge.
Membership in CAC is a wise investment in your company's future. Through legislative support, education, self-regulation and insurance programs, your business can protect itself against litigation. Through specialized services, industry publications, meetings, seminars and conventions, your business will remain competitive and continue to grow.

Below is the list of CAC Memberships in brief detail:
General Members of the association are those members engaged in the third party collection business.
Associate Members are persons or businesses interested in the collection industry and not eligible for other classes of membership either because they are not a third party collection agency, out of state resident, or they do not market any product or service for collections.
Vendor Members are persons, corporations, partnership, or entities engaged in a business that provides goods or services to collection agencies.
Common Interest Members are persons or businesses which have general business operational issues in common with the collection industry, yet are not eligible for other classes of membership. Common Interest members may participate in programs, services or products offered to regular members.
For example, a common interest member is eligible to join CAC's Workers' Compensation Group Program through State Compensation Insurance Fund, a CAC Vendor Member.
